Food - dry and tins - We prefer to use Montego or No name brands, as these do not disintegrate when soaked overnight. We do this as there are not much water in the areas we feed, and we can't leave dry food and water for the dogs and cats as it gets stolen pretty quickly!

Collars, leads, food bowls, ice cream containers, toys - These items are gold for a township pooch, as they are ususaly just tied to something with rope or wire. We prefer to provide collars for these dogs, as well as a run, to give them more freedom, and some excercise (most properties are not fenced or secure, the dogs are tied up to keep them from wandering off.

Blankets, old towels, old linen, kennels - These itmes make for a much more comfortable sleep area and shelter from a hot sun or rainy day. Most of the township dogs do not have proper shelter, or a dry and comfy spot to rest and sleep.

Flea and tick meds - In our particular situation it is easier to use powder, than more expensive monthly treatments.

TALE END CHARITY SHOP
We always need goodies to sell in our shop, as long as it is still in good condition / working order without any stains or damage, we can use it, so when you clear out cupboards or garages, please keep us in mind. WE SELL EVERYTHING EXCEPT LIVESTOCK, BEES AND HUSBANDS!
